Schedules and Delivery
After jobs are estimated, a customer service representative assigns a delivery date to the project.
Customers should inform Printing Services of expected dates and if they are absolute. The requested delivery date on the Interdepartmental Printing Request should reflect these time requirements. Printing Services will do everything possible to accommodate needed schedules.
Rush jobs should be discussed with a customer service representative in order to properly communicate critical dates and to discuss the possibility of additional fees should overtime be necessary to produce the job.
Completed jobs can be picked up at Printing Services or they can be delivered directly to most areas on campus.
Any original materials provided, such as photos, artwork, disks etc., will be returned approximately a week following delivery of the job.
The delivery information should be typed on the Interdepartmental Printing Request. Customers will be asked to sign a delivery slip.
Customers are encouraged to save the delivery slip when a completed job is delivered. If the same job is needed to be printed in the future, the job number(s) and delivery date will be available on the delivery slip. If that information is included on the next Interdepartmental Printing Request, lookup of the job will be quicker.
